American Elite Roofing

Will and Val Brackett founded American Elite Roofing, a general contracting company in San Antonio that handles roof repairs and storm restoration work. Rather than pushing a full roof replacement for a small leak, the team walks homeowners through a detailed inspection and documents the roof's condition with photos and notes that can be shared with insurance companies, buyers or sellers. When a roof is aging or repairs are adding up, the company helps homeowners decide whether a standard residential replacement, typically finished in one to two days, makes more sense. Through a contractor assistance program, staff can attend the adjuster meeting to help make sure storm damage is properly documented during an insurance claim. The company protects pools, AC units and other fixtures with tarps before work begins, offers financing options, and backs most of its roofing systems with warranty coverage, with some repairs covered as well.
